

Bob oversees the marketing, human resources, and administrative activities for CPP. Externally, he creates the marketing communication channels and content for CPP. Intrernally, he works to integrate business operations, implement procedural efficiency, and deliver value to CPP's clients. Bob holds an undergraduate degree from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and an MBA from the University of Colorado.
His professional background includes technical communications, business process development, and marketing for software, legal, and healthcare organizations. Bob has been a marketer, writer, and manager in both the for-profit (publically- and privately-held) and non-profit sectors. Before joining CPP in 2004, Bob was the project manager for a medical practice research organization. In 2004-2005, he served as Internet Committee Co-Chair for the Boulder Writers Alliance. He has also helped organize and register new non-profit organizations and provided marketing and management guidance for start-up organizations.
Bob is a member of the American Marketing Association. In 2012, he was a judge for the American Marketing Association's National Collegiate Marketing Week Competition and for the AMA's Student Marketer of the Year.
Outside of work, Bob enjoys spending family time with his wife and daughter.
