Boggs’ Paper Named Award Finalist
Dr. Daryl Boggs is the primary author of a paper titled, “The Nature of Wind Loads and Dynamic Response,” which was published by the American Concrete Institute (ACI) in 2006, SP-240: Performance-Based Design of Concrete Buildings for Wind Loads. That paper was nominated as a finalist for the 2008 ACI Design Award.
The ACI publishes more than 500 papers per year and only a very few are considered for recognition. Having a paper nominated as a finalist is remarkable accomplishment. Please join us as we extend our congratulations to Dr. Daryl Boggs.
